Information:

We take you to the areas that can offer the greatest opportunities to experience the northern light, in short terms to places without clouds and light pollution. The northern lights occur most frequently above 60º N. Lofoten is located at 68º N. Northern lights is best experienced during the dark part of the year (October to March).

Program:

21.00 Lecture at svinoya Rorbuer

21.30 Departure with RIB by Lofoten Explorer. We go out to hunt for the Northern Lights. When we arrive our destiantion at sea we will turn off the lights and the engine, so you can feel the atmosphere and get a better look at the nightsky. We guarantee you a memory for life. We will be back approx 23.00.

Period: October 2011 to march 2012

Price: 800, - NOK  per pers including the lecture, warm clothing and something hot to drink while we are hunting for the magnificent northern light. Minimum 5 persons.

If you would like to have 3 course dinner at Børsen Spiseri before departure, we can offer this for a supplement of 395,- per person.
